- Ensure the follow-up of 2D and 3D production (Shotgrid tracker): planning, quotas, priorities... ;
- Participate in the recruitment of teams in collaboration with supervisors and production management;
- Promote a good atmosphere for the teams (e.g.: small animations, chat, video games, etc.)
