SALES SUPPORT ENGINEER

The resource will carry out the technical-commercial activity in all phases of sales (pre-sales and post-sales) ensuring that customers fully understand the characteristics and performance of the products, making technical visits and demo presentations both at trade shows and events.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform direct demonstrations and technical/functional comparisons of products at customer sites.
Organize demonstration seminars, including where necessary, basic operational knowledge for maintenance and trouble-shooting.
Ensure the visibility of the products by supporting the organization of trade shows (also designing the stands if necessary), coordinating in detail suppliers - installers - internal staff, attending the event and organizing the necessary demonstrations.

Knowledge and Experience:

Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
Technical Diploma
At least 3 years of experience in the industry
Willingness and availability to travel both in Italy and abroad
