Your missions :
• Follow and update data and documentation received by the client (shooting report / Focal lens / Script report)
• Update Shotgun
• Follow up and ensure that the ingest team (in/out) have all the material to start the project.
• Establish naming convention with Lab + reception of all media, AVID +MXF consolidations, editing.
• Follow up the production and the list of shots as well as their change of status + ensure their delivery once they are validated by the production / supervision team.
• Follow up on client notes received by email / submission sheet or client review on Shotgun
• Monitor artists' targets and schedules (including holidays)
• Ensure that artists and supervisors receive the latest project information
• Inform the team (IO + artists) of any changes in shot length or any other changes to their plans
• Organise and manage meetings / screenings in the Avid room or projection room
• Manage the flow of information between the team, the client and across departments
• Anticipate and report any problems encountered by artists and escalate them to the producer and supervisor
• Ensure that the bid data is respected by the artists and that the Timelog is filled in.
• In close collaboration with the producer, you will give the daily targets to the artists.
