For a hybrid event in October, and more during this season,

LaRégie.TV is looking to strengthen its freelancers' team.

ZOOM Events manager / https://events.zoom.us/

Your mission will be:

• to set up our client event on ZOOM Events (registration form, confirmation email, sessions, speakers profile, chat lobby…) and personalize it with graphic elements supplied ;
• to report the lists of attendees and statistics to the production manager ;
• to set up polls and live Q&A facilities during the event.

Mission place (on site and partially remote): LaVallée, rue Adolphe LaVallée 39 - 1080 Bruxelles
